Like a pig in mud
Continuing our farm activities today our pig went for a play in chocolate mud/angel delight.
Pirate Treasure
The pirate ship has run aground and the treasure has been scattered.
Little one enjoyed using a mini spade and a spoon to dig for the sequins and plastic coins before adding ‘rain’ and burying and rediscovering the pirate figures.
Textured TuffTray
This is one of our favourite tuff spots. Couscous, lentils, flour, pasta, cereals, etc. Lots of different textures for little one to run her hands through before combining them and then with help separating them again. She loves using a sieve.
Sand play outside
Enjoying the sunshine with some sand play outside.
Shredded Paper
One of our favourite easy play options… hiding and finding small objects in shredded paper.
Waterbeads
We tried out some water beads this afternoon. We added scoops, sieves and various pots to practice scooping, tipping and pouring. They looked and felt lovely.
